Shipping

How long it takes my items to ship ? Processing is 7-10 Business days. Shipping does not include weekends and holidays.  Processing starts the next following business day not including weekends. 

When checking out please be mindful that estimated delivery in checkout doesn't mean your item will ship EXPRESS, unless you choose Priority Express  in checkout. Ex: Priority 2 days( your order will still take 7-10 business days to process.

If your package is returned to us due to invalid address, you are responsible for paying a reshipment fee.

 

Please make sure that you entered the correct address during checkout. No address changes unless you're adding the apartment number. Please make sure you enter the correct email address and phone number when checking out.

Shipping: We ship with USPS FIRST CLASS and UPS Ground. Depending on the weight of your package. 

We are not responsible for Import Taxes and Fees for international orders.

To avoid the inconvenience of lost or stolen packages, we suggest having packages shipped to your work address or request to pick up your package, if possible.​

Each package includes insurance, if your package gets lost or misdelivered please contact the carrier for further investigation to file a claim. Please take the time to put the correct address when checking out failure to do so will cause a delay on your shipment.
